Nicole and decision-maker(s) map out the blueprint together, live. Top 3–5 Claude opportunities identified with ROI framing. Workflows mapped to specific Projects, Skills, and MCP integrations. Usually virtual, occasionally in-person. Session recorded.

On-Call Strategy Support
The blueprint is delivered. Nicole stays on call with dedicated consulting hours scoped to your team, plus async support over Slack or email. She already knows your tools, your workflows, and your team, so when questions come up as you start implementing, you’re not figuring it out alone.

Default is the 90-min kickoff plus follow-up meetings, but you can restructure — split into 1:1s with team leads, do an extended deep-dive on a specific workflow, whatever serves you best. Per-session attendee cap is 25 people. Unused time doesn’t roll over.
Unlimited async questions over Slack for 30 days, 48-hour SLA on business days. Use it for guidance, prompt reviews, "should we do X" decisions, and small troubleshooting. It’s not for project execution — anything requiring 4+ hours of dedicated work outside meetings is scoped separately.
