The Custom Workshop Series is the in-between. 3, 5, or 7 custom-built sessions paced over 4–8 weeks, with Slack support running throughout the program and 14 days after.

15-minute conversation to map the right number of sessions and structure.
Sign + 50% deposit
SOW signed and deposit paid. Final 50% due before session 2 (or 30 days, whichever comes first). Slack access opens immediately.
Intake call + curriculum build
60-minute intake to map the curriculum across all sessions. Nicole then preps each session in advance.
Sessions delivered weekly or biweekly
3–7 sessions of 60 or 90 minutes each, paced to fit your team. Slack support runs throughout and for 14 days after the final session.

Ask: how many distinct groups need different training? If the answer is 1 group with progressive topics (basics → connectors → prompting → automations), Series 3 or 5 fits. If the answer is 4+ groups that each need role-specific training, that’s Series 5 or 7. Most teams land at Series 5.
Yes — that’s one of the main use cases. A Series 7 could be 7 sessions × one team of 25, OR 6 role-specific sessions for different groups + 1 leadership session, OR any combination that serves your org structure.
Most Series complete in 4–8 weeks at one session per week or every two weeks. If you want it stretched to 3+ months, push for Ongoing Consulting instead — the Slack window won’t cover that timeline.
Light builds happen during the sessions and are absorbed. Anything requiring 4+ hours of dedicated work between sessions is scoped separately as a Custom Workshop add-on or hourly project.
No — the Workshop Series is training, not strategy. For a Claude blueprint with ROI framing and architecture spec, that’s a Clarity Session. Many teams do both: a Clarity Session for the roadmap, a Workshop Series for team enablement.
Slack support continues for 14 days after the final session — covers the "trying it solo and hit a wall" period. For continued ongoing support, the natural next step is Ongoing Consulting ($1,800–$5,000/mo).
Up to 25 people per session. +$150/person/session over 25. Practical max is around 30 people across the whole program — beyond that, recommend splitting into a second Series.
Claude occasionally experiences outages or degraded performance. If Claude is unavailable or significantly impaired on a scheduled session date, we’ll reschedule that session to the next mutually available time at no additional cost — and it doesn’t count against any reschedule limit.
Anthropic occasionally suspends or restricts accounts for reasons that aren’t always clear or contestable. Elevate Online doesn’t control Anthropic’s policies and isn’t responsible for account actions. If account issues prevent a session from running, we’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust scope in good faith.
