Nicole spent 7 years at Google building products used by millions. She led UX engineering on large-scale internal tools and consumer-facing products, learning how to make complex technology work for real people.
She left Google in 2025 to do one thing: help teams actually use Claude — not just pay for it. With a background in neuroscience and a deep understanding of how people learn and adopt new tools, Nicole bridges the gap between what Claude can do and what teams actually do with it.
