Scheduled tasks in Claude Cowork
Set Claude to run on a cadence. Morning brief at 6 a.m. Weekly pipeline digest on Mondays. End-of-quarter review the last Friday of the month. Wired to your tools so the report lands where you actually work, not buried in another tab.
Build 03 · Interface
A dashboard or a live site, powered by Claude AI and MCPs
Claude as the engine behind a small internal tool. Connect MCPs to your Drive, Linear, Stripe, or Supabase. Build the dashboard or micro-site your team actually needs, with Claude doing the rendering logic in plain English.
Most first sessions cover Build 01 in depth and lay the foundation for 02 and 03. The follow-up a week later is when we extend.

Frequently asked questions
No. Some clients come in with a brand new Claude account they’ve never opened. Others have been using it for months but know they’re not getting the full value. Nicole meets you where you are.
It’s not limited to Claude AI. We can focus on Claude AI (Projects, Skills, connectors), Cowork (scheduled automations and integrations), Claude Code (workflows built in plain English), or a combination — depending on what you want to build. The most common Quick Start is setting up an AI Chief of Staff Project (also called a Strategic Advisor) — one Claude Project that knows your priorities and operating frame. The short intake form before the session is how we identify exactly what we’re working on.
Both. Global instructions handle voice and meta-rules (the way Claude talks to you in every conversation); project instructions handle the specific role. Getting this distinction right is most of the value. Read the four-level guide for examples you can copy.
