How it works
Book a scoping call and complete a short intake
Pick a time that works, then fill out a short intake. This is how we figure out where you actually are with Claude and what's worth your three sessions, so Nicole comes prepared and we start on the right thing.
Session 1, start where you are
The first session meets you at your level. That might be Claude fundamentals, Projects, Skills, knowledge files, prompting for honest pushback instead of flattery, or it might be jumping straight into a build. We start on what matters most to you.
Sessions 2 and 3, a week apart, building on real use
The remaining sessions are spaced roughly a week apart. You come back having actually used what we set up, so each session layers on what you learned, fixes what drifted, and goes deeper, Cowork automations, Claude Code, whatever your work needs next.
Leave with a system you own
Recordings of every session and a reference guide built around your specific setup, so you can keep extending it yourself long after we're done.
