Train + Build + Measure
The 60-Day Claude Rollout™
The Claude Rollout is the offer for teams that want the full operating layer installed — training across every department, three Claude-native workflow builds, an admin and governance layer, and a baseline-to-delta dashboard for leadership, board, or LP audiences. Not a workshop. Not a strategy doc. The whole installation.
From $22,50060-day flagship · 90-day extended option
What your team walks away with
Not five deliverables in a SOW. Five outcomes your leadership, board, or LP audience will see.
A measurable adoption story
Baseline metrics captured before training, follow-up metrics captured at end. Real numbers across three axes (Adoption, Enablement, ROI) for your next leadership, board, or LP conversation.
A trained team across every department
Foundation session plus six role-specific sessions. Recordings handed into your AI environment. Per-role reference materials your team will keep using.
Three named workflow builds delivered
Your highest-ROI workflows turned into Claude-native Projects and Skills, deployed into your environment and running on day one of go-live.
A prioritized roadmap of what to build next
Every high-ROI Claude opportunity surfaced during discovery, plotted on ROI vs effort. Your team knows what is next, in what order, with the case for each one written down.
An admin + governance layer that holds
Data security protocol written. Projects, Skills, and connectors deployed into your AI portal with the right scopes. Governance baked in from day one, not bolted on later.
How every rollout opens
One shared session before any department work begins.
Every team rollout opens with a 90-minute Foundation session — all staff, no exceptions. Before we go anywhere near role-specific work.
What Foundation covers
- Claude basics framed to your industry — not generic, not a product tour
- Best practices and a tool overview across Projects, Skills, Cowork, and Claude Code
- Appropriate-use standards and your data security protocol — what goes in, what doesn't, demonstrated against your real document patterns
Why it comes first
When every department session that follows starts from a shared baseline, the work goes straight into role-specific patterns. No time spent re-explaining what Claude is. No reps and ops hearing fundamentals for the first time inside their own department session — which is where adoption falls apart.
Foundation is included in all team-rollout tiers. It is not an add-on.
The five-stage cadence
Same stages, whether the rollout runs 60 or 90 days. The cadence and depth flex; the stages do not.
Intake (Day 0, before any training)
Baseline metrics captured across three axes before the team touches the system. Maturity self-rating per person. Current Claude usage snapshotted so the delta has a floor. Owner provisions telemetry access, build seats, and the participant roster. The Claude Enterprise Analytics window is 90 days from January 1 2026 — baseline must be captured before Session 01.
Strategy + scoping
Name the three workflows that become Skills — the decision that makes them countable later. Set target metrics per axis. Lock the autonomy ladder: where each workflow lives on the assist-vs-autonomous gradient by end of engagement.
Training series (Phase 1)
Starts with a shared 90-minute Foundation session for all staff — Claude basics framed to your industry, best practices, a tool overview across Projects, Skills, Cowork, and Claude Code, and your data security protocol demonstrated against real document patterns. That shared baseline means every department-specific session that follows goes straight into role-specific patterns instead of re-explaining what Claude is. Six role-specific sessions run after Foundation.
Workflow builds (Phase 2, runs in parallel)
Three named Skills built and deployed to your AI portal. Validator Skill wired in so quality flags log to the dashboard. Additional-automations blueprint produced. Governance and access scopes locked.
Re-measure + handoff
Platform delta. Enablement delta. ROI delta. Dashboard usable as a board, LP, or leadership readout. The 90-day variant adds a second re-measure at Day 90 to show compounding.
Full methodology in The Claude Adoption Framework.
60 days or 90 days
The 60-day flagship is built for teams with a fixed forcing function — an LP meeting, a board update, a fiscal deadline. The 90-day extended option adds a second re-measure window and one additional build from the blueprint.
60-Day Rollout
The flagship. One forcing function in view.

What’s included
Strategy + access setup (Day 0 baseline)
Intake interviews with leadership and department leads. Baseline metrics captured across three axes (Adoption, Enablement, ROI) before any training. Owner-side access provisioned: telemetry, build seats, participant roster. The Claude Enterprise Analytics window is fixed at 90 days from January 1 2026 — baseline must be captured before Session 01.
$6,500 value
Foundation training session (whole team)
90-minute live session that raises the floor for every person who will touch Claude. Demo-heavy, interactive, and recorded. The starting line everyone shares.
$3,500 value
6 role-specific training sessions across departments
90 minutes each, built around the actual tools and workflows of each department in scope. Sales, operations, finance, marketing, legal, IT — whichever six matter most for your team. Every session recorded and handed into your AI environment.
$18,000 value
Three named Claude-native workflow builds
Your highest-ROI workflows turned into Claude-native Projects and Skills, deployed into your AI portal. Built as Skills so invocation counts roll up to the Adoption axis automatically. The team uses them on day one of go-live.
$15,000 value
Validator Skill for quality flags
A validator Skill that catches unsourced or low-confidence Claude output before it reaches a decision-maker. The one ROI signal the system measures directly — flag-catch rate becomes part of the dashboard.
$3,000 value
Additional automations blueprint
Every high-ROI Claude opportunity surfaced during discovery, plotted on ROI vs effort. Your team knows exactly what to build next, in what order, with the case for each one written down. This is the roadmap after the engagement ends.
$4,500 value
Admin + governance layer
Data security protocol written and signed off. Projects, Skills, and connectors deployed into your AI portal with the right scopes and access patterns. Governance baked in from day one, not bolted on later.
$5,000 value
Baseline-to-delta dashboard
A three-axis dashboard usable as a board, LP, or leadership readout. Adoption (platform telemetry), Enablement (maturity-scale delta per person, build-vs-observe ratio), and ROI (hours recovered dollarized + validator flag-catch rate). Numbers, not anecdotes.
$6,500 value
Private client microsite + recordings library
A dedicated page on claudetraining.com with every recording, reference guide, and Skill spec in one place. The single link your team sends to every new hire, indefinitely.
$2,500 value
Re-measure + handoff
End-of-engagement re-measure across all three axes vs. the Day 0 baseline. Written handoff with the delta, the dashboard, and the next-90-days operating plan. 90-day variant includes two re-measures at 45 and 90 days.

Most AI training programs are priced on training delivery. Ours is priced on outcomes.
Here is what a comparable budget buys you elsewhere — generally cohort seats, generic curriculum, and slideware. The Rollout is the full installation, measured.
| Provider | Format | Per 25-person team |
|---|---|---|
| Section School AI Academy | 4-week cohort, generic, no customization | ~$50,000 |
| General Assembly custom corporate | Workshop / bootcamp, light customization | $25,000–$50,000 |
| Reforge AI cohorts | Self-paced + live, generic | $37,500–$50,000 |
| McKinsey / BCG / Deloitte AI training | Custom enterprise consulting | $75,000–$150,000+ |
| The Claude Rollout (60-day Growth tier) | Full installation: training across every department, three workflow builds, governance, measurable dashboard | $32,500 |
Sources: published cohort and enterprise rates as of mid-2026. McKinsey / BCG / Deloitte numbers are typical engagement ranges for comparable scope. The peer-group anchor matters because the wrong reference point — LinkedIn AI consultants at $5,000 a workshop — produces the wrong question. The right question is whether the installation makes back its cost in the first quarter after go-live. For most teams in the dataset, it does.
In flight
A 25-person PE firm engaged us to install the operating layer before their September LP meeting.
The firm had paid for Claude Enterprise for several months. Three power users carried the weight. The rest of the team used it like Google Search or not at all. The CCMO needed a story for the September LP meeting — not anecdotes, real numbers — and the team needed an operating layer that did not collapse the day after a workshop ended.
Phase 1 raised the floor across every department in scope — investing, value creation, fund ops, IR, and finance. Phase 2 built three named workflows: an IC memo generator, a board pack builder, and a portfolio-company research Skill. The validator Skill catches unsourced output before it reaches a Managing Partner. The dashboard shows platform usage, maturity delta per person, and dollarized hours recovered.
The story to the LPs is the delta, not the activity. That is what the Rollout is built to produce.
The Rollout Guarantee
If we do not deliver, we keep working.
If the three named workflows are not built, the baseline-to-delta dashboard is not delivered, or the Phase 1 training series is not completed for every department in scope, we continue working on the missed items at no additional cost until they are delivered. Capped at 30 additional days of work.
Who delivers it
Co-delivered by Nicole Patten and Harry Roper. Both teach. Both are in the room above $25K.
Nicole leads
The Claude curriculum, the training series across every department, the adoption and measurement loop, and the baseline-to-delta dashboard. Ex-Google Senior UX Engineer, 7 years building products used by millions, NIH neuroscience background that shapes how she builds adoption — not just technology.
Harry leads
Discovery interviews, custom-build technical scope (Salesforce, DealCloud, Affinity, custom Skills), and integration work. Co-founder of Imaginary Space, a $1M+ ARR AI software dev studio whose clients include enterprise companies doing $180M+ a year. Domain experience across capital management buyers.
Elevate Online is working with Anthropic’s partner ecosystem and is in Anthropic’s certification program. We do not subcontract delivery to juniors — the names on the SOW are the names in the room.

Ex-Google Senior UX Engineer. 7 years building products used by millions. Now she builds custom Skills, orchestration systems, and automations that turn Claude into your team’s operating system — not just a chatbot. Frequently asked questions
Included: intake and access setup, baseline capture across three axes, foundation session for the whole team, six role-specific sessions across departments, three named workflow builds deployed to your AI portal, validator Skill, additional-automations blueprint, admin and governance layer, baseline-to-delta dashboard, private microsite, and re-measure with handoff. Not included: full custom software builds outside Claude (CRM rebuilds, custom APIs, data pipelines beyond MCP connectors), production-engineering work on non-Claude systems, and ongoing operations after the engagement ends. Anything outside Claude scope routes to our build partner Imaginary Space and is quoted separately. After the engagement, the natural continuation is Ongoing Consulting.
Three axes with two instruments. Adoption: platform telemetry from your Claude Enterprise Analytics — who used what, how often. Content-free, objective. Enablement: pre and post maturity-scale forms per person, plus build-vs-observe ratio observed in sessions. ROI: self-reported hours saved per workflow dollarized at a loaded rate, plus the validator Skill’s quality-flag rate measured directly. The instruments together produce the numbers — the dashboard is built so the platform populates it for you. More detail on the methodology in The Claude Adoption Framework.
Pick 60 days if you have a fixed forcing function within two months — an LP meeting, a board update, a fiscal deadline — and the team has the bandwidth to absorb the cadence. Pick 90 days if you want a second re-measure window to show compounding (deltas at Day 45 and Day 90 rather than a single end-of-engagement read), if you want one additional build from the blueprint folded in, or if your team’s calendar will not absorb the 60-day pace. Most teams under LP / board pressure pick 60. Most teams optimizing for the cleanest measurement story pick 90.
Three access patterns, only one of which needs a Claude seat. Telemetry access: your Claude Enterprise Owner issues a read:analytics API key once, or commits to running the native CSV export on a cadence. No seat. Build seat: a guest or member seat in your workspace so we can build Projects and Skills against your real material and deploy to your AI portal. One seat. Participant emails: the roster for matching pre and post enablement forms. No seat. We name all three explicitly in the engagement letter so they happen before Day 1 — missing access on Day 1 is the single biggest source of SOW friction. If your IT cannot issue a build seat, we co-build live while your power user drives the screen — it works but it slows the cadence.
We build inside Anthropic’s commercial terms (no training on inputs or outputs). Anthropic’s platform is SOC 2 Type II. Zero-retention API options are available for sensitive workflows. Audit logging and SSO are supported through Claude Enterprise. For SEC-registered firms or PE shops with PII / Reg S-P constraints, we use middleware patterns (Strack-style redaction) to keep sensitive content out of the model context. EU data residency is available via Bedrock or Vertex regions. The data security protocol is one of the engagement deliverables — written, signed off, and operating before training begins.
You walk away with the three named workflows running, the dashboard with the delta vs. baseline, the additional-automations blueprint, the governance layer, the recordings library on your microsite, and a written handoff. From there the natural continuation is Ongoing Consulting ($1,800–$5,000/mo) — monthly access to Nicole as your dedicated Claude strategist, release monitoring, and incremental builds against the blueprint. Or you take the blueprint and run it yourself. About 70% of clients continue into Ongoing Consulting because the blueprint surfaces more high-ROI work than fits in the original 60 or 90 days.
Nicole Patten and Harry Roper, co-delivered. Nicole leads the Claude curriculum, the training series, the adoption and measurement loop, and the dashboard. Harry leads the discovery interviews, the custom-build technical scope (Salesforce / DealCloud / Affinity / custom Skills), and the integration work. Both teach. Both are in the room above $25K. Harry runs the first intake call for capital-management buyers by default, given his domain experience. Elevate Online is working with Anthropic’s partner ecosystem and is in Anthropic’s certification program.
A Foundations Workshop ($2,500) raises the floor for one team in one 90-minute session. A Custom Workshop ($4,500) does that with an intake first. A Clarity Strategy Session ($2,500–$5,000) gives you a blueprint and 30 days of on-call support — strategy, not training. The Rollout is the full installation: the blueprint, the training across every department, the builds deployed and running, the governance, and the measurable adoption story for your next leadership / board / LP audience. The Rollout is what teams choose when they need the operating layer installed, not the menu sampled.
If the three named workflows are not built, the baseline-to-delta dashboard is not delivered, or the Phase 1 training series is not completed for every department in scope, we continue working on the missed items at no additional cost until they are delivered. Capped at 30 additional days of work.
Claude occasionally has outages or degraded performance. If Claude is unavailable on a scheduled session date, we reschedule that session to the next mutually available time at no additional cost — it does not count against any reschedule limit. Anthropic occasionally suspends or restricts accounts for reasons that are not always clear or contestable. Elevate Online does not control Anthropic’s policies and is not responsible for account actions. If account issues prevent a session from running, we work with you to reschedule or adjust scope in good faith.
