Train + Build + Measure
The 60/90-Day Claude Rollout
Training installed across every department, your highest-ROI workflows built into your environment, and a baseline-to-delta adoption dashboard for your next board or LP conversation. Most AI training is priced on delivery. This is priced on outcomes.
From $30,000 (60-day)
From $42,500 (90-day) · set on a scoping call
What your team walks away with
Not five deliverables in a SOW. Five outcomes your leadership, board, or LP audience will see.
A measurable adoption story
Baseline metrics captured before training, follow-up metrics captured at end. Real numbers across three axes (Adoption, Enablement, ROI) for your next leadership, board, or LP conversation.
A trained team across every department
Three 60-minute Foundation sessions plus two 90-minute hands-on build sessions. For PE and capital management teams, sessions are structured by role — buy-side, sell-side, and restructuring each get their own track, mapped to the workflows, documents, and data sources specific to that function. Recordings handed into your AI environment.
Named workflow builds delivered
Three to five of your highest-ROI workflows (five to seven for the 90-day) turned into Claude-native Projects and Skills, deployed into your environment and running on day one of go-live.
A prioritized roadmap of what to build next
Every high-ROI Claude opportunity surfaced during discovery, plotted on ROI vs effort. Your team knows what is next, in what order, with the case for each one written down.
An admin + governance layer that holds
Data security protocol written. Projects, Skills, and connectors deployed into your AI portal with the right scopes. Governance baked in from day one, not bolted on later.
How every rollout opens
Foundations come first, for everyone.
Every team rollout opens with three 60-minute Foundation sessions — all staff, no exceptions. Before we go anywhere near hands-on building.
What Foundations cover
- Claude basics framed to your industry — not generic, not a product tour
- Best practices and a tool overview across Projects, Skills, Cowork, and Claude Code
- Appropriate-use standards and your data security protocol — what goes in, what doesn't, demonstrated against your real document patterns
Why it comes first
When the build sessions start from a shared baseline, the work goes straight into your real workflows. No time spent re-explaining what Claude is. No one hearing fundamentals for the first time inside a hands-on build session — which is where adoption falls apart.
Foundations are included in all team-rollout tiers. They are not an add-on.
The five-stage cadence
Same stages, whether the rollout runs 60 or 90 days. The cadence and depth flex; the stages do not.
Intake (Day 0, before any training)
Baseline metrics captured across three axes before the team touches the system. Maturity self-rating per person. Current Claude usage snapshotted so the delta has a floor. Owner provisions telemetry access, build seats, and the participant roster. Claude's usage analytics run on a rolling ~90-day window, so the baseline is captured before Session 01, by owner export on Team or the Analytics API on Enterprise.
Strategy + scoping
Name the three workflows that become Skills — the decision that makes them countable later. Set target metrics per axis. Lock the autonomy ladder: where each workflow lives on the assist-vs-autonomous gradient by end of engagement.
Training series (Phase 1)
Three 60-minute Foundation sessions for all staff — Claude basics framed to your industry, prompting, and the layers (Global, Projects, Skills, Memory), with your data security protocol demonstrated against real document patterns. Then two 90-minute hands-on build sessions where the team turns its own workflows into Claude Projects and Skills. The 3 × 60 + 2 × 90 hybrid means everyone shares the same baseline before the building starts.
Workflow builds (Phase 2, runs in parallel)
Three to five named Skills built and deployed to your AI portal (five to seven for the 90-day). Validator Skill wired in so quality flags log to the dashboard. Additional-automations blueprint produced. Governance and access scopes locked.
Re-measure + handoff
Platform delta. Enablement delta. ROI delta. The three-axis dashboard is yours to keep — usable as a board, LP, or leadership readout, built into your environment and owned by your team. The 90-day variant adds a second re-measure at Day 90 to show compounding.
See it week by week, or read the full methodology in The Claude Adoption Framework.

60 days or 90 days
The 60-day flagship is built for teams with a fixed forcing function — an LP meeting, a board update, a fiscal deadline. The 90-day extended option adds more build sessions and more builds, plus a second re-measure window. 90-day pricing is set in scoping; it starts at $42,500 and scales with team size and build count.

What sets the price
Every Rollout runs the same five stages. Four things set where it lands inside the range — and we confirm all four on the scoping call. A 90-day starting at $42,500 and one at $87,500 are the same methodology at different scope.
01 · People on Claude
Everyone you would want us to support, baseline, and measure — FTEs, contractors, fractional. More people means more enablement, more 1:1s, and more to report on at the end.
02 · Functional groups in scope
How many distinct groups need their own track. One shared session covers a single team; a firm with separate banker, analyst, and deal-team workflows gets a role-specific session each.
03 · Workflow builds delivered
Three to five named builds on the 60-day, five to seven on the 90-day. The more of your highest-ROI workflows we build into your environment, the higher the scope.
04 · Delivery mode
Remote by default. In-person delivery and travel are an add-on for teams that want us in the room.
Same methodology at every size. The scope sets the number — the scoping call confirms it.
What’s included
Firm-wide Claude maturity assessment + analysis memo
Every person rates their Claude fluency and your platform telemetry is captured before any training starts. This is your adoption baseline — the “before” half of the story leadership actually wants to see.
Department-head intakes (one per group)
We sit down with each group lead to surface the real workflows, templates, tools, and named power users — so the training and the builds map to how your team actually works, not a generic curriculum.
Hands-on training series — 3 × 60-min foundations + 2 × 90-min builds
Three 60-minute Foundation sessions for all staff (Claude basics, prompting, the layers, your data-security protocol) then two 90-minute hands-on build sessions where the team turns its own workflows into Claude Projects and Skills. The 90-day adds more build sessions. Every build session works against your team's real work — not a lecture.
Role-specific reference guides + session recordings
Per-group reference materials and every recording handed back into your existing AI environment. Every new hire over the next 12–24 months gets the same training without paying for it again.
Named Claude-native workflow builds (3–5), integrated
Your highest-ROI workflows — three to five on the 60-day, five to seven on the 90-day — turned into Claude-native Projects + Skills and built into your environment where we have a provisioned seat — not demoed, deployed. A written blueprint for any workflow that sits outside Claude's native capability.
Validator with quality-flag logging
One ROI signal turned machine-measurable — a validator that flags quality issues automatically, so the value of the builds keeps showing up in the numbers after we leave.
Additional-automations blueprint (ROI vs. effort map)
Every other high-ROI Claude automation surfaced during discovery, plotted on ROI vs. level-of-effort — a prioritized roadmap of exactly what to build next, and in what order.
Admin + governance layer that holds
A written data-security protocol, Projects + Skills deployed into your AI portal or shared workspace, and governance baked into the patterns themselves — built for regulated and compliance-sensitive orgs.
Three-axis delta dashboard + board / LP wrap-up brief
Follow-up metrics captured at Day 60 across adoption, enablement, and ROI. Real before/after numbers and a wrap-up brief usable as a leadership, board, or LP readout — proof, not anecdotes. Plus a roadmap for Month 2+.
From $30,000 (60-day)
Most AI training programs are priced on training delivery. Ours is priced on outcomes.
Here is what a comparable budget buys you elsewhere — generally cohort seats, generic curriculum, and slideware. The Rollout is the full installation, measured.
| Provider | Format | Per 25-person team |
|---|---|---|
| Section School AI Academy | 4-week cohort, generic, no customization | ~$50,000 |
| General Assembly custom corporate | Workshop / bootcamp, light customization | $25,000–$50,000 |
| Reforge AI cohorts | Self-paced + live, generic | $37,500–$50,000 |
| McKinsey / BCG / Deloitte AI training | Custom enterprise consulting | $150,000–$250,000+ |
| The Claude Rollout (60-day Growth tier) | Full installation: training across every department, three workflow builds, governance, measurable dashboard | $45,000 |
Sources: published cohort and enterprise rates as of mid-2026. McKinsey / BCG / Deloitte numbers are typical engagement ranges for comparable scope. The peer-group anchor matters because the wrong reference point — LinkedIn AI consultants at $5,000 a workshop — produces the wrong question. The right question is whether the installation makes back its cost in the first quarter after go-live. For most teams in the dataset, it does.
In flight
A 25-person PE firm engaged us to install the operating layer before their September LP meeting.
The firm had paid for Claude Enterprise for several months. Three power users carried the weight. The rest of the team used it like Google Search or not at all. The CCMO needed a story for the September LP meeting — not anecdotes, real numbers — and the team needed an operating layer that did not collapse the day after a workshop ended.
Phase 1 raised the floor across every department in scope — investing, value creation, fund ops, IR, and finance. Phase 2 built three named workflows: an IC memo generator, a board pack builder, and a portfolio-company research Skill. The validator Skill catches unsourced output before it reaches a Managing Partner. The dashboard shows platform usage, maturity delta per person, and dollarized hours recovered.
The story to the LPs is the delta, not the activity. That is what the Rollout is built to produce.
The Rollout Guarantee
If we do not deliver, we keep working.
If the named workflows scoped in discovery are not built, the baseline-to-delta dashboard is not delivered, or the Phase 1 training series is not completed for every department in scope, we continue working on the missed items at no additional cost until they are delivered. Capped at 30 additional days of work.

Frequently asked questions
B2B teams of roughly 5–50+ people already paying for Claude Teams or Enterprise with low or uneven adoption — especially leadership teams who need a real story for the next board, LP, or investor conversation, and regulated or compliance-sensitive organizations (PE, family offices, capital management, healthcare, insurance, legal) where data governance isn't optional. If your first AI workshop did nothing, this is the offer that installs the operating discipline instead of just raising the floor.
A workshop raises the floor — it teaches your team Claude basics and ends. The Rollout installs the operating layer: training across every department, three workflows actually built into your environment, a governance layer, and a measurable before/after adoption dashboard. A workshop is the place to start if you just want training. The Rollout is for teams who want the whole thing installed, with proof at the end. Start with a workshop if you're not there yet.
We build them. Your three highest-ROI workflows are turned into Claude-native Projects + Skills and deployed into your environment where we have a provisioned seat — not demoed, integrated. For any workflow that sits outside Claude's native capability, you get a written blueprint instead. This is the one engagement where the builds are done for you, not just designed with you.
A written data-security protocol is part of the deliverables, and Projects + Skills are deployed into your AI portal or shared workspace with governance baked into the patterns themselves. We build for regulated environments. Formal regulatory review, LP communications counsel, and legal opinions on data handling stay with your existing advisors — we install the operating discipline, not the legal sign-off.
We capture a baseline before any training — platform telemetry plus a per-person enablement self-rating — and re-measure at Day 60 across three axes: adoption, enablement, and ROI. You get a delta dashboard and a wrap-up brief built to drop straight into a board or LP readout. Note: Claude's usage analytics run on a rolling ~90-day window (owner-exported on Team, or via the Analytics API on Enterprise, which holds data from Jan 1, 2026), so the baseline has to be captured before Session 01.
Async support runs across the engagement and for 14 days after. Additional automations from the blueprint can be scoped as separate workstreams, and PE firms or holding companies often roll the same shape out across portfolio companies. Continued advisory beyond the engagement can be scoped separately.
You keep everything. The blueprint, the dashboard, the workflow builds, the governance docs, the session recordings — none of it lives with us. It is built into your environment and handed over at Day 60. The 14-day async window after handoff is for questions while you are running it independently for the first time.
Pricing starts at $30,000 and is set on the scoping call by two things: the number of people on Claude and the number of functional groups in scope. In-person delivery and additional department tracks or workflow builds are available as add-ons. By comparison, a custom corporate AI program from a name-brand consultancy runs $150,000–$250,000+ — and you get a deck, not built workflows.
A few things stay outside the scope of the engagement. Formal regulatory review, LP communications counsel, and legal opinions on data handling stay with your existing advisors — we install the operating discipline, not the legal sign-off. Full custom platform development (a bespoke internal UI built on top of Claude) is a separate engagement. Ongoing support beyond the 14-day async window is scoped separately. And more than the named workflow builds (3–5, or 5–7 on the 90-day) plus the blueprint — additional workstreams are scoped separately on the scoping call.
A Custom Workshop ($4,500) trains one team in a 90-minute session built around their actual workflows after an intake. A Clarity Strategy Session (From $5,000) gives you a blueprint and 30 days of on-call support — strategy, not training. The Rollout is the full installation: the blueprint, the training across every department, the builds deployed and running, the governance, and the measurable adoption story for your next leadership / board / LP audience. The Rollout is what teams choose when they need the operating layer installed, not the menu sampled.
Claude occasionally has outages or degraded performance. If Claude is unavailable on a scheduled session date, we reschedule that session to the next mutually available time at no additional cost — it does not count against any reschedule limit. Anthropic occasionally suspends or restricts accounts for reasons that are not always clear or contestable. Elevate Online does not control Anthropic’s policies and is not responsible for account actions. If account issues prevent a session from running, we work with you to reschedule or adjust scope in good faith.
