Train My Team

The Custom Program

A program starts at four sessions for $9,500, and you choose the mix. Foundation sessions take everyone from prompting through Projects, Skills and governance. Working sessions put one group hands-on with a workflow they run today. Four to six weeks, your tools, your workflows.

From $9,500

Four sessions at the floor · you choose the mix

A single workshop will not get a team fluent, and a full rollout is more than most teams came for.

Ninety minutes is enough to show a team what Claude does. It is not enough to get anyone fluent, or to build something that still works the following week. A month later, people are working the way they did before the session.

A full rollout solves that, and it also brings governance, measurement and a written roadmap. Plenty of teams do not need those yet. What they need is their people competent, and a few real workflows running.

This program covers the ground in between. On the fit call you tell us how many sessions you want, how many of them should be builds, how many groups need covering, and which parts of a rollout you would rather not pay for. We quote that.

From $9,500

A program starts at four sessions for $9,500, and you choose the mix.

Foundation sessions run 60 minutes and cover one thing properly. Working sessions run 90 and put a single group hands-on with a workflow they run today, building it themselves with us in the room. Four foundation sessions comes to $9,500, and any of the four can be a working session instead.

From there the price follows what you ask for. We work the shape out with you on the fit call and quote it there, which is why there is no package table on this page.

What moves the price

How many of the sessions are working sessions

A 90-minute working session costs more to run than a 60-minute foundation session, because it is written against one group's own workflows instead of taught from the curriculum. Every one you swap in moves the price up.

The total number of sessions

Four is the floor. Teams with more ground to cover run six or eight, and a few have run more than that.

Groups that need sessions of their own

One room covering everybody costs less than a deal team, a finance group and a marketing team each getting sessions written for the work they do.

Office hours

Open working time between sessions, for the questions that surface once people start using Claude on real work. Quoted as a capped block of advisory hours: a ceiling on availability, with no guaranteed minimum of hours worked and no rollover of whatever goes unused.

Champions depth

Extra time with the two or three internal power users who will carry this after we leave.

In-person delivery

Any session can run in your office. Travel is quoted alongside it.

$9,500

The floor

Four sessions, up to 25 people in each, plus everything listed in the next section. Teams who want everyone competent and nothing built stop here.

From $25,500

The Build Series

A different engagement, not a bigger program. Three workflows built by us and handed over working, over roughly 90 days, each one trained into the team afterward. See the page.

Most programs land somewhere between those two numbers. Yours gets quoted on the fit call, against your headcount and the shape you pick.

What $9,500 buys

Every program includes all of this at the floor, before anything gets added to it.

Four sessions, in whatever mix you choose

Foundation sessions run 60 minutes and teach one thing properly. Working sessions run 90 and put one group hands-on with a workflow they run today. Four foundation sessions comes to $9,500, any of the four can be a working session instead, and the price moves with it. Up to 25 people per session.

Intake before session 1

We learn your tools, team structure and the workflows people run day to day, so the first session already works on your real work instead of generic examples. This is also where the session mix gets decided.

Recordings of every session

Full replays for anyone who missed a session and for onboarding future hires. One asset, used for years.

Custom reference guides

Written to your tools and your team's vocabulary, so the thing people reach for after the session matches what they saw in it.

Private client microsite

A dedicated page with every recording, reference guide and resource in one place. Becomes your team's permanent Claude reference.

Async support throughout, plus 14 days after

From signing through 14 days after the final session, 48-hour response on business days, for questions and prompt reviews between sessions.

What $9,500 does not buy

Build sessions. Every one you swap into the four moves the price up, because a 90-minute build costs more to run than a 60-minute foundation session. A fifth session onward, champions depth, office hours, extra role or function tracks, in-person delivery and anything we build and hand over are all outside the floor too. We quote the lot on the fit call, against your headcount and scope.

Built to order

Most teams want about two thirds of the Rollout.

They read the 90-Day Rollout page and want most of what is on it, minus the parts written for an audience they do not have. You can have that. Start at the four-session floor, tell us which parts you want, and the program gets built around your answer.

What you can pull in

A track for a group whose work is different

A separate session sequence for a deal team, a finance group, a marketing team, written to that group's own work instead of a company-wide average.

Department-head intakes

One conversation per group lead before anything is designed, so each group's sessions are built on their real workflows, templates and tools.

A workstream we build and hand over

For work too data-heavy to build live in a room. Scoped from a written brief, delivered running in your environment. This also exists on its own as the Build Sprint.

A written data-security standard

For capital management and private-equity firms whose first question is what Claude is allowed near. The full governance layer, with the enforcement matrix and the admin controls, belongs to the Rollout.

What you can leave out

The telemetry baseline and maturity assessment

Everyone rates their own fluency, and your platform usage is captured before training starts. Worth paying for only if someone is going to ask you to prove a before and after.

The adoption dashboard and the leadership brief

The measured change, written up for a board or an LP audience. Where the people who approved the spend are already in the room, this is a document nobody opens.

The governance and admin layer

The enforcement matrix, the controls and the written policy your admins hold. Firms that settled the compliance question before buying Claude do not need to settle it again.

The written roadmap

A ranked map of what to build next, with effort and return on each one. Teams who already know what they want built can go straight to building it.

There is one combination we quote as a Rollout instead. Governance and measurement together is a Rollout, and we quote it that way because it genuinely costs less. At a team of 5 to 15 people there is $3,000 between the build-heavy program and a 60-Day Rollout that already includes both. A team that needs the adoption number is better off buying the Rollout.

What your team walks out having built

Here is what teams have built themselves

The honest objection to any workshop is that people leave with notes and nothing running. Everything below was built by someone on the client side, on their own work, during a session or soon after one. None of it was built by us and handed over, which is a different engagement and has its own page. Each one is described by what it does, never by who owns it.

Custom Skills

A skill encodes how your team does one specific thing, so the next person gets the same result without asking anyone.

Private equity and financial services

A presentation templating skill that turns a few words into an on-brand deck. A participant built the project first, asked Claude whether it should become a skill, and shipped it firm-wide.

M&A advisory

An analyst hub that researches acquisition targets, checks them against the firm's own criteria and exclusion lists, and returns a fit rating. Built by one of their own team members, unprompted, then iterated for eight months and used daily.

M&A advisory

An engagement setup skill that produces the project checklist, instructions and starting files for a new mandate. Enabled by default for the whole firm.

Custom Projects

A Project holds context so nobody re-explains the business every time they open a new chat.

Insurance

A brand guidelines Project with colors, fonts and templates, shared across the team. In their words: now anybody can build anything marketing-related and it comes out on brand.

Energy and public-sector procurement

A procurement tracker designed with Claude in session instead of handed over finished: 19 columns of live solicitations, a coverage-versus-gap calculation, and a rule written into the project instructions that no organization below signed-NDA status may be named in client-facing work.

Scheduled tasks

Work that runs without anyone opening Claude. This is usually the thing that convinces the skeptics.

M&A advisory

A morning brief that assembles the day before anyone logs on. Scoped at four uses a month during planning; it ran 180 times across eight people, and two more people built their own versions of it independently.

Analysis and documents

The document nobody wants to produce by hand, produced correctly and checked.

Insurance

A renewal comparison: upload the existing policy and the renewal, get a summary and a line-by-line comparison. It caught an error, the error was corrected, and the corrected version went to the client the next day.

Ecommerce and marketing consulting

Over 50 custom skills, bundled into a plugin and shipped on GitHub with no prior development experience, then extended into a private client-facing application.

Named by industry, never by client, and that is on purpose. What each team builds is theirs, and it stays theirs, including the parts that would make a good story for us.

When your team should not be the one building it

Some work is too big to build in a room.

The workflow that touches four systems, or has to match a house standard exactly, or where being wrong costs a client relationship. Those get built by us instead: a brief, a written definition of done, access to your real data under NDA, your people testing it, then training so the team can use it. Three of them over roughly 90 days starts at $25,500, and it has its own page.

How it works

  1. 1

    Book a fit call

Thirty minutes to work out the shape: how many sessions, how many of them builds, how many groups need covering, and what you want to skip.

  2. 2

    Sign

SOW signed and payment terms confirmed. Async support opens immediately.

  3. 3

Intake, then the curriculum gets built

One intake conversation maps the session sequence and names the workflows any working sessions will take on. Every session is prepped against that.

  4. 4

    Sessions weekly

Four weeks for four sessions, longer if you added more, paced to your team.

What you pay here credits toward a 90-Day Rollout if you continue, which is the next step up when you want the whole operating layer installed with governance and a measured adoption story for leadership. If you want a bigger strategic conversation before any of this, tell us about your team for a free 30-minute call.

After the program

Once your team is trained, the next workflow off the list runs as a Build Sprint: one workstream, scoped from a written brief, built with your team in session or handed over running when the work is data-heavy. Quoted per workstream once the brief is written.

What workshop attendees built

Real wins from real sessions.

“I created a project so that anytime I make a presentation document, I can use our template. It created a style guide at the end. I asked if I should make it a skill. It said yes and built the skill. Now all I have to do is type a few words and it creates a PowerPoint in our template.”

Workshop attendee

“I built a project for the business and made it available for the whole team. It's basically our brand guidelines. Now anybody can use that project to build anything marketing-related, and it'll have all of our brand colors and fonts.”

Frequently asked questions

No. $9,500 is a floor, and getting that right before you quote it internally will save a conversation later. The floor covers four sessions plus the intake, the recordings, the reference guides, the microsite and async support, which is the list under "What $9,500 buys" above. Build sessions price higher than foundation sessions, and champions depth, office hours, extra role tracks and in-person delivery all go on top. We quote the whole shape on the fit call.

That is what this program is for. Start from the four-session floor and add the Rollout components you want, leaving out the ones written for a situation you are not in. Role tracks, telemetry baselines, adoption dashboards and the governance layer all come out if you do not need them. The one combination we quote as a Rollout instead is governance plus measurement together, because bought as one it costs less.

Four is the floor and the usual answer for a team that wants everybody competent. Teams who have already tried Claude and stalled almost always want build sessions in the mix, because that is where something gets built and kept. We work the number out on the fit call against your team.

Something your group builds themselves, in their own account, inside the ninety minutes. In practice that has been a custom Project for a recurring document, a Skill that encodes how your team does something specific, or a scheduled task that produces a report on its own. We name the candidates in the intake and pick together. Work too big for ninety minutes gets built by us instead, which is the Build Series.

Because 90 minutes of new material is more than most people retain, and teams tell us the same thing: shorter sessions, spaced out, with something to try in between. The 90-minute slots go to working sessions, where the extra half hour is people building and not us talking.

Yes, and it is a common reason to add sessions. If several groups each need their own role-relevant version, say so on the fit call and we scope the session count to your org.

This trains your team and ships whatever you point the build sessions at. The 90-Day Claude Rollout does that across every department and adds governance, a written roadmap of what to build next, and measured before-and-after adoption numbers for leadership. Where nobody is asking you to prove adoption with a number, a program this size usually covers it.

No. This is training and building. A written Claude roadmap with ROI framing is part of the 90-Day Rollout. If you want that first and are unsure which is the right starting point, tell us about your team and we will talk it through on a call.

Up to 25 per session. Beyond about 30 across the program we would rather split it into two cohorts than dilute the room.

Claude occasionally experiences outages or degraded performance. If Claude is unavailable or significantly impaired on a scheduled session date, we’ll reschedule that session to the next mutually available time at no additional cost - and it doesn’t count against any reschedule limit.

Anthropic occasionally suspends or restricts accounts for reasons that aren’t always clear or contestable. Elevate Online doesn’t control Anthropic’s policies and isn’t responsible for account actions. If account issues prevent a session from running, we’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust scope in good faith.

Tell us the shape you want.

Thirty minutes to work out how many sessions you need, how many of them should be builds, and what you want left out. From $9,500.
