The build-heavy Custom Program
The Build Series
Four 60-minute foundation sessions to get everyone competent, then three 90-minute build sessions that each ship one working thing into your environment. Six weeks, your team building alongside us, and champions depth for the two or three people who will carry it afterward.
$25,500
4 × 60-min + 3 × 90-min builds · 6 weeks · up to 25 people
For the team that already tried Claude and stalled.
Everyone has a login. Two people are getting real value out of it. The rest opened it, used it like a search box, and went back to doing the work by hand. What the other twenty are missing is one workflow that works and belongs to them.
Training alone does not close that. A room full of people who now understand Projects still has nothing running on Monday morning. So half the engagement goes on building: three sessions, three workflows, each one live in your environment before the session ends.
Your team builds them with us in the room, which is deliberate. A workflow handed to a team that cannot maintain it stops working the first time something about the business changes.
What’s included
Four 60-minute foundation sessions
Prompting, Projects, Skills, and governance, in that order. Sixty minutes on purpose: long enough to teach one thing properly, short enough that nobody is overloaded. Up to 25 people per session.
Three 90-minute build sessions
One workflow per session, reverse-engineered and built live with your team. You keep what gets built, and your team understands it because they built it. These price above the foundation sessions because this is the harder, more bespoke work.
One working thing shipped per build session
A custom Project, a Skill, a scheduled task, or a reporting workflow. Named in the intake, built in the session, in your environment when the session ends.
Champions depth for your internal power users
Extra depth for the two or three people who will carry this after we leave, so the capability stays in the building.
Intake before session 1
We learn your tools, team structure and the workflows people run day to day. This is where the three build candidates get named, so no session starts from a blank page.
Recordings, reference guides and a private microsite
Every session recorded, guides written to your tools, and one page holding all of it. Your team's permanent Claude reference, and the training every hire over the next two years gets without paying for it again.
Async support throughout, plus 14 days after
From signing through 14 days after the final session, 48-hour response on business days, for questions and prompt reviews between sessions.
Office hours (optional add-on)
Open working time between sessions. Quoted as a capped block of advisory hours, which is a ceiling on availability and never a guaranteed minimum of hours worked.
$25,500
How it works
Book a fit call
Thirty minutes to confirm this is the right shape and how many groups need covering. Where four foundation sessions covers it, we say so and quote the Custom Program instead.
Sign
SOW signed and payment terms confirmed. Async support opens immediately.
Intake, and the three builds get named
One intake conversation maps the foundation sequence and names the three workflows the build sessions will ship. Nothing is left to be decided in the room.
Four foundation weeks, then three build weeks
Everyone competent first, because a build session in a room that has never opened a Project turns into a demo. Then one working thing per build session.
One working thing per build session
Here is what teams have actually built
The honest objection to a single workshop is that ninety minutes is not long enough to build something that survives the week. That is why the build sessions exist, and why each one ships one working thing into your environment instead of ending on a demo. Everything below was built with a real person or a real team on real work, and is described by what it does, never by who owns it.
Custom Skills
A skill encodes how your team does one specific thing, so the next person gets the same result without asking anyone.
Private equity and financial services
A presentation templating skill that turns a few words into an on-brand deck. A participant built the project first, asked Claude whether it should become a skill, and shipped it firm-wide.
M&A advisory
An analyst hub that researches acquisition targets, checks them against the firm's own criteria and exclusion lists, and returns a fit rating. Built by one of their own team members, unprompted, then iterated for eight months and used daily.
M&A advisory
An engagement setup skill that produces the project checklist, instructions and starting files for a new mandate. Enabled by default for the whole firm.
Custom Projects
A Project holds context so nobody re-explains the business every time they open a new chat.
Insurance
A brand guidelines Project with colors, fonts and templates, shared across the team. In their words: now anybody can build anything marketing-related and it comes out on brand.
Energy and public-sector procurement
A procurement tracker designed with Claude in session instead of handed over finished: 19 columns of live solicitations, a coverage-versus-gap calculation, and a rule written into the project instructions that no organization below signed-NDA status may be named in client-facing work.
Scheduled tasks
Work that runs without anyone opening Claude. This is usually the thing that convinces the skeptics.
M&A advisory
A morning brief that assembles the day before anyone logs on. Scoped at four uses a month during planning; it ran 180 times across eight people, and two more people built their own versions of it independently.
Analysis and documents
The document nobody wants to produce by hand, produced correctly and checked.
Insurance
A renewal comparison: upload the existing policy and the renewal, get a summary and a line-by-line comparison. It caught an error, the error was corrected, and the corrected version went to the client the next day.
Ecommerce and marketing consulting
Over 50 custom skills, bundled into a plugin and shipped on GitHub with no prior development experience, then extended into a private client-facing application.
Named by industry, never by client, and that is on purpose. What each team builds is theirs, and it stays theirs, including the parts that would make a good story for us.
How the Build Series and the Build Sprint differ
Both end with something working in your environment. What differs is who does the building, and that changes what you still have six months later.

The Build Series
Four sessions make your team capable of maintaining what comes next, then they build three workflows with us. You end up with three working things and a team that can build the fourth on their own. $25,500 over six weeks.
A different offer
The Build Sprint
We build one workstream from a written brief and hand it over running. The right call when the work is too data-heavy to build live in a room, or when the team wants the thing more than the lesson. Training is not part of it, and it is quoted per workstream.
Three builds is more than some teams need. Four foundation sessions at $9,500 covers a team that wants everybody competent and nothing built, and the Custom Program covers every mix in between. If someone is going to ask you to prove adoption with a number, read the 90-Day Rollout first, because measurement and governance only come with it.

Frequently asked questions
Who does the building. Here your team builds with us in the room, so they understand what they built because they built it. In a Build Sprint we build one workstream from a written brief and hand it over running, which is the right call when the work is too data-heavy to build live or when the team wants the thing more than the lesson. A Build Sprint is quoted per workstream and carries no training.
You can, and that is the Build Sprint. Most teams do not, because a workflow built for a team that cannot maintain it stops working the first time something about the business changes. The four foundation sessions are what make the builds survive.
A custom Project, a Skill, a scheduled task, or a reporting workflow, live in your environment when the session ends. Every Skill we build carries an output spec agreed in writing beforehand and a test pack your team runs before it counts as done, so working means somebody other than us agreed it works.
Then you want a different shape of the same program, and we quote it on the call. Fewer builds with more foundation sessions comes down from $25,500. More builds, or a second group needing its own sessions, goes up. The Custom Program page lists everything that moves the price.
This trains your team and ships three workflows. The 90-Day Claude Rollout does that across every department and adds governance, a written blueprint of what to build next, and measured before-and-after adoption numbers for leadership. Anyone who is going to be asked to prove adoption with a number should read the Rollout page first.
Up to 25 per session. Beyond about 30 across the program we would rather split it into two cohorts than dilute the room.
Claude occasionally experiences outages or degraded performance. If Claude is unavailable or significantly impaired on a scheduled session date, we’ll reschedule that session to the next mutually available time at no additional cost - and it doesn’t count against any reschedule limit.
Anthropic occasionally suspends or restricts accounts for reasons that aren’t always clear or contestable. Elevate Online doesn’t control Anthropic’s policies and isn’t responsible for account actions. If account issues prevent a session from running, we’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust scope in good faith.
Three workflows, built by your team, in six weeks.
Thirty minutes to confirm this is the right shape and name the three builds you want. $25,500.
