Nicole can’t be your Claude expert until she’s an expert on your business. The Clarity Session is where she embeds in your world, maps your opportunities, and builds the foundation Ongoing Consulting runs on. No separate trial. No double-paying. The Clarity Session price IS Month 1.

Complete a Clarity Session
Month 1 is always the Clarity Session. Nicole embeds in your environment and maps out the opportunities and the roadmap.
Month 2 begins Ongoing Consulting
Nicole shifts into advisory mode. Tier-based meeting time, unlimited Slack, and release monitoring — all informed by what she learned in Month 1.
Monthly cadence
Each month: meeting time used however you need it, async Slack throughout, monthly release brief, and proactive recommendations on what to adopt next.
Continuous improvement
Nicole monitors Claude releases, flags what matters, onboards new hires, and makes sure your team is never working with an outdated system.

Ongoing Consulting covers strategy, advisory, light builds, and training within your monthly meeting time. Anything requiring 4+ hours of dedicated build work outside meetings is scoped separately at $250/hr or as a flat-rate project. Full team workshops are a separate Custom Workshop ($4,500) or Workshop Series ($7.5K–$16K).
