The full operating layer installed in 60 or 90 days - training, your built workflows, and a measurable before/after adoption story.
- Firm-wide Claude maturity assessment + analysis memo

In-person delivery is available on either offer (+$2,500-$5,000 depending on location). Virtual is the default for all workshops.

The Custom Program (from $9,500) starts at four sessions for $9,500, and you choose the mix. Foundation sessions run 60 minutes and cover prompting, Projects, Skills and governance. Build sessions run 90 and each end with one working workflow live. Up to 25 people per session. Any piece of the Rollout can be added, and the pieces you do not want stay out.
The Build Series (from $25,500) is a different engagement, not a bigger program. We build three workflows and hand them over working, over roughly 90 days, each with its own intake and written definition of done, and we train the team on each one once it is accepted. See what gets built.
Most programs land somewhere between those two numbers. What yours costs follows the shape of it: how many of the sessions are builds, how many groups need sessions of their own, and whether you want office hours, champions depth or in-person delivery. We work that out with you on the call.
