The session
90 minutes, live on Zoom. Everyone works in their own Claude account while it runs, so they leave with something built on their own screen.
By the end, everyone has:
- A Project set up for work they do every week
- Instructions for Claude filled in, so every chat starts knowing their role
- Memory and connectors turned on, with a clear idea of what to connect first
- A working rule for what to hand Claude and what to check themselves
- The basics of what never gets pasted in
Every team gets the same curriculum. There's no intake and no customization. That keeps one session at this price.

After you sign, pick the window that works for your team and we confirm your date within two business days. Each window comes with its office hour already set, so both are on the calendar from the start. Earlier dates fill first.

Who teaches
Nicole Patten leads most sessions. She spent seven years as a Senior UX Engineer at Google and runs her own business on Claude.
Harry Roper leads one or more. He brings operating experience from 53 Stations, a PE-backed media group, and Dude Wipes, a high-growth consumer manufacturer.
Both are Claude Certified Architects, issued by Anthropic. Elevate Online is Certified in the Claude Partner Network.

Your admin works through a one-page checklist we send at signing: seats assigned, the desktop app installed, memory and connectors turned on. It takes about 20 minutes. A team that skips it still gets the session, but people spend the first part of it on setup.
No. Every team gets the same curriculum, and there's no intake. If you want sessions built around your team's own workflows, that's the Custom Program.
Up to 25 or up to 50, depending on the tier you pick. One session per team.
Yes. Request an invoice and we'll send one for your PO process. The Fri Dec 4 sign-by date still applies.
Claude occasionally experiences outages or degraded performance. If Claude is unavailable or significantly impaired on a scheduled session date, we'll reschedule that session to the next mutually available time inside the delivery windows above, at no additional cost.
