7 of 7 skills
Daily Check-In
Ready to use as-isReplace 30 minutes of calendar-checking, email-scanning, and to-do triage with one prompt.
Pulls from your calendar, email, and project files to produce a prioritized plan for the day. Revenue and impact first; flags meeting prep needed; expands on Mondays (weekly view) and Fridays (retro). Works best with Google Calendar and Gmail connectors enabled.
Triggers on
"check in" · "plan my day" · "what should I focus on today" · "morning brief"
When to use
Every weekday morning before you open Slack.
Pre-Call Prep
Ready to use as-isNever walk into a sales or discovery call cold again.
Researches the prospect (LinkedIn, company, recent news), gives you a 2-minute industry crash course if needed, hypothesizes their problem, and generates 5 specific questions tailored to that prospect. Ends with talk-ratio and pivot-phrase reminders.
Triggers on
"prep me for" · "I have a call with" · "research this prospect"
When to use
10 minutes before a sales or discovery call.
Meeting Synthesizer
Ready to use as-isTurn a raw transcript into decisions, action items with owners, and open questions.
Reads a full meeting transcript or rough notes and extracts decisions made, action items (owner, task, deadline), follow-ups missing an owner, open questions, and key quotes. Doesn't manufacture consensus that didn't happen.
Triggers on
"summarize this meeting" · "pull out the action items" · pasting a transcript
When to use
Right after a meeting, paste in the transcript or rough notes.
Content Repurposer
Ready to use as-isTurn rough notes, voice memos, or brain dumps into a polished post in your voice.
Takes raw input and produces a polished social media post — leads with the hook, one idea per post, scannable structure, conversational CTA. Offers a variation on the first draft. Calibrate to your voice by uploading 3-5 best-performing posts as a project file.
Triggers on
"turn this into a post" · "make this into content" · "repurpose this"
When to use
After a call, an event, or a thought you don't want to lose.
LinkedIn Post Generator
Fill in voice profile firstGenerate 2-3 LinkedIn post options that actually sound like you wrote them.
Produces multiple post options per request — authentic, optimized, and (when appropriate) bold/experimental. Applies 2025-26 LinkedIn algorithm rules automatically: hook formulas, length targets, format performance data, no engagement bait. Fill in the voice profile section before first use.
Triggers on
"write a LinkedIn post about" · "help me with a LinkedIn post" · "draft something for LinkedIn"
When to use
When you're ready to post but don't want to start from blank.
OKR Manager
Ready to use as-isCreate, evaluate, and grade OKRs using Google-style methodology.
Five modes: create OKRs from scratch (with discovery), evaluate existing OKRs against quality dimensions, weekly check-ins, monthly reviews with scoring, and end-of-period grading. Works for solopreneurs, small teams, larger companies, and personal goals. Aspirational target is 0.7 — 70% is success.
Triggers on
"create OKRs" · "review my OKRs" · "grade my OKRs" · "plan my quarter"
When to use
At the start of a quarter, half, or year — and weekly to stay on track.
Project Instructions Generator
Optional customizationGenerate Claude Project instructions for any use case in under 5 minutes.
Produces token-efficient behavioral instructions (800-1,100 words) that define HOW a Claude Project should operate. Covers client engagements, product development, operational domains, and research projects. Includes mandate, modes/workflows, guardrails, and domain knowledge — paste-ready for your Project's instructions field.
Triggers on
"create project instructions for" · "set up a Claude Project for" · "I need a copilot for"
When to use
When you're spinning up a new Claude Project and don't want to write the instructions from scratch.

How to install
Three steps. About 30 seconds per skill.
- 1
Download the zip
Click the download button on any skill above. The zip contains SKILL.md (the instructions Claude reads) and, for two of the skills, a references/ folder with extra templates.
- 2
Upload to Claude
In claude.ai, go to Settings → Capabilities → Skills (or Customize → Skills on some accounts). Click + New skill, upload SKILL.md as the primary file, and add the references/ files if the skill has them. Skills are account-wide — you upload once and they work in every Project.
- 3
Fire the skill
Two ways: type / in the message box to pick the skill by name, or just describe what you want in plain English using one of the trigger phrases listed on each card. Claude reads the skill description and runs the workflow.
Two of the skills need a quick edit before first use. The LinkedIn Post Generator needs your voice profile filled in (the section marked 👉 Replace this block inside SKILL.md). The other five run as-is. Full customization guide is in the README-customize.md inside the downloads folder.
Want the full course?
